Anyone who's serious about flying long range FPV should consider using a diversity receiver with a vertically polarized RX antenna. For both Express LRS & Crossfire this second antenna is most often mounted vertically at the back of the drone, beside the video antenna. It will help to improve the quality of the communication link between transmitter and receiver as well as minimize the chances of a failsafe (total loss of control).
