If you want to splurge they also have 45 day dry aged Wagyu Ribeye which is aged in their German made Dry Ager Chiller where meat ages on the bone at a constant humidity of around 85 % and a temperature of 2 °C and is even protected from UV light which guarantees a perfect microclimate, an ideal airflow and continuous sterilization. From their graphic and colorful menu we would highly recommend their Australian Grade 4 Wagyu Sirloin which is their best seller.
