The Opel Mokka is modern, compact and has a distinctive style. With its bold and pure design, the Mokka has become a bestseller. Now Opel is making the unusual compact SUV even more attractive both inside and out. New accents further emphasize the Mokka's unique character. The Opel Mokka is bold, pure and unique - a vehicle full of character that stands out from the crowd. The biggest change can be seen in the interior. The cockpit now looks even clearer and gets the Opel Vizor graphics from the front of the vehicle. In addition, the driver and passengers of the new Mokka can enjoy the latest generation of infotainment. The new Opel Blitz at the center of the Opel Vizor brand face helps to sharpen the Mokka's character even more. The black Vizor visually merges the new Blitz and the headlights into a single element. As in the new Opel Frontera, the familiar wing signature of the LED lights at the front and rear shines in a more modern interpretation with three ‘light blocks’ that provide an uncompromising appearance. In line with the slogan ‘Black is beautiful’, a black design line extending from the bonnet above the side windows to the rear will attract attention in every variant in the future. In the Mokka GS, the black trims on the front, rear and wheel arches also reflect sporty elegance. A high-gloss black trim strip extending from the lower door surfaces to the rear echoes the glass design line on the side mouldings and emphasises the stylish appearance. In line with Opel’s ‘Greenovation’ approach, special aero wheels (available for the Mokka Electric) and a redesigned front bumper improve aerodynamics. In addition, the new Mokka completely dispenses with chrome applications on the exterior. The new Opel Mokka continues its resource-saving approach in the interior. All fabrics are made from recycled content materials. The matt silver-toned centre console between the front seats is now even more prominent than before. Designers and engineers have integrated some of the settings previously controlled by buttons into the central colour touchscreen. This makes the entire cockpit design look fresher and more attractive, as if it were from a higher class vehicle. For example, the design of the remaining switches for the electric parking brake and the selectable driving modes (in the Mokka Electric and automatic versions) comes entirely from the new Opel Grandland. The new multimedia and navigation infotainment system also takes the new Mokka to the next level. The further developed best-seller now features a 10-inch digital driver information display and an equally large colour touchscreen as standard. The latter can be operated simply via widgets, just like a smartphone – alternatively, and in conjunction with the optional navigation system, a simple ‘Hey, Opel’ is all it takes to use natural voice recognition. Both displays can be personalised in a number of ways. The system recognises the driver’s personal profile on the connected smartphone. When ordered with the integrated navigation system, map updates are provided over the air. The system also learns continuously thanks to ChatGPT (available in conjunction with Connected Navigation) and independently suggests destinations and routes based on the habits of the connected driver profile. The myOpel app can also be used to easily send the destination and the corresponding route to the vehicle. In addition, the Mokka Electric’s infotainment system offers EV routing with a charging station display. Smartphones can also be charged wirelessly. Portable devices such as smartphones and tablets can also be connected via the USB-C plug in the centre console. Elsewhere, the optional 180-degree rear view camera provides excellent visibility when manoeuvring in the city. Opel explains the selection process for the new Mokka as clearly as the design: The new model will be available in the “Edition” and “GS” trim levels and can be further customised with two personalisation packages. On the driving side, Mokka customers can choose between an efficient petrol engine and two electric alternatives for an entry-level price of €26,740. The compact SUV will be available as both a modern hybrid with 48-volt technology and a locally emissions-free battery-electric Mokka Electric. The fully electric new Mokka is now available from €36,740 with just a 115 kW (156 hp) electric motor and a 54 kWh battery. Thanks to efficient packaging, the engineers have managed to achieve an exemplary range with a compact battery size. This means that up to 403 kilometres (WLTP) can be covered locally without emissions. Customers who prefer an alternative drive can choose the new Mokka Hybrid with 48-volt technology starting at €29,740. It combines a 100 kW (136 hp) 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine with a 21 kW (28 hp) electric motor and a new electric six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Source. netcarshow.com/opel/2025-mokk
