This video shows few simple yet effective daily habits that I as a homemaker have embraced in my life and benefitted from. In this day in my life as a homemaker I've woken up early where I practice meditation, make a delicious breakfast recipe along with small fridge organization and cleaning. To that add cream cheese or cheese spread or just mayo. Salt & Pepper. Spread this on a bread for which you can cut the sides if you wish. Ketchup is optional. Rajma Recipe/Kidney Beans curry - Soak kidney beans over night. Wash thoroughly the next morning and boil /pressure cook along with salt until they are cooked properly and are soft to touch. For the Masala - To a pan add oil, hing or asafoetida, and cumin seeds. To this add whole spices like pepper. cloves and cinnamon stick. These help with digesting the beans. Add chopped ginger garlic. Add chopped onion and cook that ever so slightly. Then add tomato puree both homemade and store bought. Finally some dry spices like 1/2tsp turmeric, 1 tsp redchilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2tsp jeera powder. If the tomatoes aren't sour then add a touch of Mango powder or Aamchur as well. Use kashmiri red chilli powder for a good red color. Cook everything well and add the boiled beans. Bring the whole thing together. Mango salad : Chop - red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, jalapenos (optional), green chillies, Mango and other veggies that you prefer. Mango is the part that makes the salad interesting. Add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves. For the dressing add - lemon juice, olive oil, black salt and red chilli flakes.
