This is a Pre-Pointe Class designed for ALL level dancers. This is a great class to build strength, articulation, and the shape of the feet. Dancers already on pointe, feel free to do this for extra benefits! I recommend you get a theraband and a small ball to roll out your feet. Great to do in flat or pointe shoes, this class will get you ready for pointe work no matter where you are in your training.
