Hafa Adai todus hamyo! we have had the pleasure of showcasing our first presentation of the year at Mes Chamoru held in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday March 22nd, 2025. We are always so proud of all the hard work our practitioners and musicians have put in these past few months into the new year. Although only a handful of our guma was present, we carried the spirit of our brothers, sisters, yan famagu'on (children). We can't wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for us, and we also can't wait to share what we've yet to prepare with all of you! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Inetnon Famagu'on Guahan translates to "the gathering of the children of Guam" Our mission is to keep our Chamoru culture alive through kanta, baila, yan lalai (song, dance, and chant) throughout the generations to come. "Konsigi mo'na gi chalan manaina-ta" "Continue forth on the path of our ancestors" We are a nonprofit dance group who provides a chance to learn and present the Chamoru culture; with open enrollment all year round, tuition free.
