Rudiment # 17 The double paradiddle or Paraparadiddle

This rudiment is similar to the single paradental where singles and doubles are combined. A single pair of diddle consists of two singles and one double and the next two singles are inverted followed by a double. In the double para diddle or the para para diddle there are four single strokes, followed by a double and then inverted single strokes, followed by the inverted double. This works well in 68 time, but really there are no limits. This particular video points out some of the more common rudiments that are used by me. It's a handy list to have if you don't wanna learn all 40. The ones I mentioned you should be pretty proficient with, but it's good to know and it'll be able to play the others too.
