Sounds like he had external mics at this point. He was not a quality buff at all - was happy if he could just listen to it 1-3 more times again and likely never again - luckily a friend and myself used to make copies. I used to be picky with his stuff because the sound just wasn't that great, but this is still quite listenable to: in the "B+/B" range - it's just lower-quality Aiwa shit. -this is a real nice set of music - Michael Brecker (RIP) is just fabulous and the band just real locked in with each other. -my guess is it's an early show from a 2 show night - Wes usually went to the early show on weeknight gigs (it's a Tuesday night) as he had to get up early for work. -please trade freely in lossless formats only.
