@ZoeyaKitchen Tandoori Roat | تندوری روٹ | तंदूरी रोट | Mohram special recipe : Tandoori roat are one kind of Indian biscuits prepared in a traditional way with semolina n some spices. Very easy n delicious. It’s a baked biscuits made of semolina . Specially most made in mohram month . Measurements : ( 1 cup = 250 ml ) Ingredients : A. Mixer grinder : 1. 1/2 kg. Thick golden semolina ( badi wali Suji / mota Rava ) ( 3 cups. = 1/2 kg. ) 2. Grind it in medium size in mixer ( pisey mixii mai ) 3. Not more thin nor thik medium consistency. ( ekdum patla bhi nahi aur ekdum mota bhi nahi ) 4. Don’t make powder 5. It’s ready keep aside. B. Big bowl : ( Badi pateli ) : 1. 200 gram unsalted butter ( Ghee ) ( 3/4 cup. 2. 3 beaten eggs ( Ande fetkar ) 3. 1 & 1/2 cup. Sugar ( shakkar ) 4. 1/2 tsp. Salt ( namak ) 5. 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon powder ( Dalchini powder ) 6. 1 tsp. Cardamom powder ( Elaichi powder ) 7. 1/4 grated nutmeg ( Zaifal kheesa hua ) 8. Mix it well nicely till sugar dissolves ( acchese fete jab tak puri shakkar melt pighal nahi jaati tab tak ) 9. After 15 min. Later see how white & creamy texture we get formed. ( kitna white n creamy hogaya hai ) 10. Add semolina in 2 batches in parts & mix it 11. Mix it well nicely with spoon 12. Add 1/2 cup. Milk in 2 batches ( dudh ) 13. Mix it well nicely . 14. Batter is ready cover n rest it for 24 hours outside at room temperature. 15. After 24 hours later open n mix it well nicely with hand once C. Banana leaves : ( kele k patte ) : 1. Take banana leaves, clean , wash n take. 2. Cut it into small small square pieces. 3. Grease leaves with some oil ( tail se thoda brush karey patto par ) 4. Make small small balls from the mixture batter. 5. Slowly slowly press it & make a flat round shape. Keep 1/2 inch thick consistency. Not more thin. 6. Decorate it with some Dryfruits of your choice almonds , pistachios , raisins , saffron. ( badam , pistachios, Manuka , Zaffran ) 7. If u want plain then u can make plain also. 8. Bake 5-6 goat at a time it depends on how much big your oven is. 9. Bake 200 *C for 15-20 min. 10. Note : If you don’t have oven , air fryer - then bake in big pot keep salt at base or then also next way - take big used copper plate ( Tambe ka bada thaal ) then keep all roat on it. Then keep another plate upstairs. Keep coal upside n downstairs . Then bake it till golden brown. 11. Masha Allah tandoori roats are ready now. 12. Store it in an airtight container jar for 3 months at room temperature. 13. Remove banana leaf n enjoy it. 14.
