It'll hardly be the first "full movie" version on YouTube, but none of the others were exactly 100% what I was looking for in terms of specific animatics used, subtitle quality, etc. This actually started as me making subs for ONE particular animatic I liked that didn't have them, and kind of spiralled out of control. By the point I'd spent days stitching together the video, writing/tweaking and syncing subs...figured I might as well upload it and let other people enjoy it if they like. I tried to balance it between strictly my favorite animatics and which ones I think work best for a cohesive first watch-through. Like, as much as I love Neal's Get in the Water, it cuts off the end of the song. Or really liking mircsy's Open Arms, but the end doesn't make sense without also using their Warrior of the Mind, and I wanted to use Wolfy's, etc. It's my first time doing any sort of video editing at this scale, so forgive any minor issues like some of the songs being different volume levels. Equalizing that perfectly across the board was a little beyond my limited skillset, I was worried about messing it up, so just...work your own volume as necessary.
