This week, we are back with another edition of Sree’s Sunday #NYTReadalong. Sree’s guest is one of his first students from when he was teaching at Columbia Journalism School, Hanson Hosein, who is now President of HRH Media Group LLC, and Director of a new documentary, “American Dignity.” The documentary centers on a conversation between a young Black activist and a veteran of the Civil Rights Movement who was with John Lewis at the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma on Bloody Sunday in 1965. We are proud to be partnering with Digimentors and Sree Sreenivasan to bring you this weekly look at the print edition of the Sunday New York Times, with a special guest. Neil Parekh is the Executive Producer and will be the Guest Host this week. They have been producing the show for nine years.
