If you're lucky enough to have Sold a Painting, you might be wondering, "How am I supposed to send my buyer their painting without spending all of the Profits on Shipping!?!? Or maybe you want to send them as gifts but it's just too dang expensive?!? Now, depending on where you go, rates will be different... But if this is your first time, they're going to see you coming from a mile away with $$ signs in their eyes... The first time I sold a painting that I needed to ship from Las Vegas to Texas, I went to FedEx & they told me they would package my Painting in a specific "Artwork Box" and it would be $250... Well, that wasn't going to work. I'd only received $150 for the painting, so there was no way I could afford that amount of shipping. So I went home, shaped an old Amazon box around my painting, and went back to the same store. The shipping was $30... From then on, I've been making my own packaging and getting better with each one. Good enough that I'm finally ready to release a video of how I've done it.
