Let’s do both. 💛 My 30 Minute Strength Training Workout comprised of 2 blocks with 4 moves done 3 times through per block. My heavy weight was 25lbs and my light eight was 10lbs. I adjusted weights for each movement to ensure I was challenging myself while keeping proper form and technique. If you're joining along, make sure you do the same to avoid injury.
