Tour the Hotel Covo dei Saraceni built into the cliffs of the magnificent Almafi Coast in Positano, Italy. The hotel is right on the beach next to the docks surrounded by Positano Bay. You’ll see stunning panoramic views of Positano and the Almafi Coastline. There are two pools with a rooftop bar which offer great views. The rooms have balconies and some include hot tubs and outdoor showers. It’s conveniently located near numerous restaurants and a gelateria. Breakfast is provided each morning and guests can enjoy the restaurants with spectacular views. The lobby has several lounge areas with soft, comfortable sofas, to relax and enjoy a drink and the views. Guests can use the computer in the lobby but the hotel provides free Wi-Fi. You can easily arrive in Positano by ferry and walk a short distance to the hotel. You will need to book a porter to bring your bags to the hotel if you arrive by car or bus. It is a steep walk up and down the hill. We preferred staying at the bottom of the hill near the beach and had to climb the hill through town several times. We loved our stay and will return again if we are ever in Positano. We debated about whether we should stay at the top of the hill or at the bottom near the beach. We do not regret our decision and still feel this hotel is the best hotel in Positano.
