Complete turn key installation of a Steelboys CLX-MIX car lift with man on board. In this project, the car lift was delivered as a full turn key solution, including the integration of overhead doors. Due to the extremely narrow shaft access, a pit depth of 4 metres, and the pit being positioned 1 metres behind the façade, the installation required a highly precise lifting operation. The lift components were hoisted into position using a truck-mounted crane: – Placement of the scissor construction – Hoisting and positioning of the platform – Mechanical coupling of both sections – Final technical completion A clear example of engineering, coordination and execution combined into one complete solution, from design to commissioning. This project demonstrates a complete turn key car lift installation for a deep pit application. The CLX-MIX with man on board car lift is designed for residential and commercial parking solutions where space is limited.
