Today's adventure is one of the best ones to date. We explore a cemetery in Oak Brook, Illinois that has just about everything imaginable. The cemetery dates back to the early 1800's and has over 11,000 graves. First, we find the mausoleum of Edward Ripley who was the first president of the reorganized Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railroad in 1895. Then we find one of the most impressive mausoleums in a hidden cemetery that's adjacent to Bronswood Cemetery called Butler Cemetery. After that, we encounter some bear statues and another mausoleum in a remote area of the cemetery. Unfortunately, I did some research post visit and found out this was the mausoleum of a young 34-year-old mother who was murdered by her husband while her children slept in the house. An absolutely tragic and heart breaking story. Then, finally, we find the grave stone of Stan Mikita, a Hockey Hall of Famer that played for the Chicago Blackhawks for over two decades. Now, most You Tubers would make a video for each one of these subjects. Not us, we packed it all into one video that you're not going to want to miss. So come join us as we explore Bronswood Cemetery.
