New Delhi, India. Various shots of the people entering and leaving Government House in New Delhi, where the Indian cabinet Ministers meet. Mahatma Gandhi is seen leaving the building. Pandit Nehru leaves the building and sits in car. Various shots of the busy Delhi streets. Large crowd gathered on the way and in front of Government building - people cheering as the cars with Ministers drive past. Several long shots of the buildings in Delhi - the old record states that those are the Temple of the Scavengers Colony, Gandhi's residence in the shelter of it and Viceregal Lodge. Indian flag flying on top of one of the buildings. More shots of the delegates arriving for the meeting. Most of the delegates arriving in cars.
