Re-imagining the way you experience the lion dance with Maxis HuatAR Ang Pao, a first-of-its-kind ang pao packet that helps bring ‘Ah Huat’ the lion to life using augmented reality (AR). Collaborating with Kun Seng Keng (KSK) Lion and Dragon Dance Association, three distinctive lions with their own unique dance were designed. They magically appear when users scan their respective angpow packets. They also respond to user actions such as feeding it oranges, throwing firecrackers and asking it to perform a lion dance. Users could also dance along with the lion and this engagement could be captured and shared on social media.
