본 장비는 D.I Water를 주로 사용하는 자동 10조식 초음파 세척설비입니다. Clean 공정을 대상으로 설계되었으며, 각 세척 탱크는 3단 여과 순환 급수 방식을 적용해 세척수의 청정도를 안정적으로 유지합니다. 세척 공정은 다음 순서로 진행됩니다. This equipment is an automatic 10-tank ultrasonic cleaning system primarily using D.I water. It is designed for clean-process applications, and each cleaning tank applies a three-stage filtration and recirculation system to maintain stable water cleanliness. The cleaning process proceeds as follows. Air Sol Valve open - Sub tank inflow - Circulation pump operation - Filter monitoring (pressure gauge) - Ultrasonic cleaning tank operation - Overflow occurrence - Primary sub-tank mesh filtration - Sub-tank recirculation - Contaminant removal via oil skimmer. Cleaning parts are loaded automatically through the infeed conveyor. The equipment operating sequence is as follows. Parts are placed on the infeed lift and raised - Transferred to the gripper conveyor - Positioned on the loading and unloading lift - During ultrasonic cleaning, the loading and unloading lifts oscillate vertically at fixed upper and lower positions to maximize cleaning efficiency. After cleaning is completed, the process continues as follows. Loading and unloading lift elevation- Gripper conveyor transfer - Air cut process - Ambient air cut - Hot air cut - Complete drying through the hot air dryer. After drying is completed, the cleaned parts are discharged via the outfeed conveyor, then transferred to the return conveyor using a diverter, and finally delivered to the operator workstation.
