In a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and mix it well. Set aside. Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation: 2. In a bowl add potatoes and mash them well. 3. Add boiled chicken, Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese, peas, green chilies, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, lemon juice and mix it well. 4. Now take the mixture in the palm of your hand and make a cutlet shape. 5. Dip this cutlet into the gam flour mixture. Coat it in bread crumbs. Deep fry the cutlet until crispy and golden brown.
