In this weeks episode, we travel to Yong Chun County, about an hour's drive outside the city of Quanzhou. Yong Chun is said to be where Fang Qi Niang and her husband first taught White Crane. It's no coincidence that the place name sounds like Wing Chun, its just the Mandarin pronunciation, and some people believe Wing Chun has developed out of Crane Kung Fu. In this series I team up with Jesse Enkamp aka the Karate Nerd to travel to Fujian province, Southwest China. We are here to explore the arts of Southern Shaolin, particularly the arts of White Crane, Five Ancestors and Luohan.
