EP 35-Vehicle Troubles, first time snail seeding, and a road trip with my daughter

Well, this week didnt go according to plan, not that it ever really does. My van went wonky on me on the way home from work, bad distributor i believe, so while waiting for parts for the van I transferred vehicles, then, my subaru also began having issues with the rear u-joint. Thankfully a new driveshaft was available next day, and we're back in business just in time for a massive dump of snow. My seed orders arrived and im stoked to get planting!! I started some seed snails, my first time starting seeds this way, and so far theyre working great.. We did some more fermenting, this time making a Mexican Inspired drink called tepache, which includes pineapple skins and sugar. I also spiced mine with cinnamon sticks and cloves after the fact. Its super fizzy and quite delicious. My daughter and I had a lovely road trip to the rocky Mountains where we were surprised to find open water in Abraham lake, we had hoped to get one last wild skate in. Instead we enjoyed a picnic and camp fire and some beautiful scenery. As always, thanks for being here and have a wonderful week.
