EPIC HIKE! MUST see PLAKAKI Beach (Greece 2023 🇬🇷)

Plakaki Beach is a stunning rocky paradise at the end of an EPIC HIKE along the steep, rugged, stunning rocky coastline of Zakynthos, Greece! Come along on another adventure as we hike down the rugged cliff sides of Zakynthos Island, one of the western Ionian Islands in Greece, to Plakaki Beach. It is definitely a Class 2 hike with steep climbs and narrow trails along the cliffs that drop straight down into the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea! We carefully filmed gorgeous epic views across the Ionian and grapple along the sides of the cliffs, but the views were worth every step. Although some reviews state that you can snorkle here, it was awfully rough this day to get in and enjoy the water and even on a calm day, we are not sure there is an easy access point to the water. If you’re ever here, wear good hiking shoes, bring lots of water, a lovely greek salad and sunscreen to enjoy the beach for a long afternoon.
