Blizzard of 2026 – Midnight Shift in a 2006 Kenworth T300 | Waltham, MA Snow Plowing The Blizzard of 2026… yeah, the one everybody’s been talking about. I clock in at midnight Sunday night (Monday morning for the technical crowd) and climb aboard a 2006 Kenworth T300 six-wheel dump truck with a snow plow and get ready to push some white gold in Waltham, Massachusetts. It starts slow. A few flakes. Nothing dramatic. Then around 3:30 a.m., the snow ramps up and it’s curb-to-curb plowing across New England pavement. Long hours, cold steel, hydraulic chatter, and headlights cutting through the storm. We grind it out until 10:00 p.m. just another casual 22-hour day moving snow in Massachusetts. Where we are? Not terrible. Other parts of New England got slammed with up to 3 feet. But that’s how these Boston snowstorms go, hit or miss depending on where you park it. If you like real-deal snow plowing, heavy equipment, old-school trucking attitude, and behind-the-scenes looks at what it takes to keep New England moving during a blizzard, you’re in the right place. No drama. No apps. Just steel, diesel, and snow. 👉 Don’t forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe for more trucking, plowing, and New England storm coverage.
