How Fat Burner Dinitrophenol (DNP) Kills Those Who Take It

Dinitrophenol is a powerful fat burner often sold at online forums illegally. DNP is particularly popular with bodybuilders but has also found its way into the mainstream, becoming responsible for dozens of deaths and several hundred cases of DNP poisoning in the UK and US alone. 2,4-Dinitrophenol is unsafe and I do not recommend its use. I was in a pretty dark place when I used it years ago and hopefully this combination of science and personal experience will convince you that DNP isn't worth the very real risks involved. In short, it's not really a "fat burner," and shouldn't be used as one.
