I adopted a wild mustang… in my third trimester of pregnancy. I know. It sounds crazy. In this video, I’m sharing the real story behind that decision — why I chose to adopt my first mustang, why it happened now of all times, and how this journey fits into my life, my farm, and my mental health. We talk about: • Learning video editing (even when it’s uncomfortable) • My camera setup (Osmo Action 4 + mic mini) • Social media as a tool for mustang awareness • Why I chose a mustang over other breeds • Being pregnant and needing a purpose-driven project • The behavioral side of working with a wild horse • Supporting mustang adoptions at Fall Creek Falls • A surprise foal arrival during transport My mustang, Cena, comes from the BLM program and was adopted through an event connected with Fall Creek Falls Equestrian. I’ve always loved the idea of working with a “blank slate” — a horse untouched by human training — and approaching it through patience, behavior study, and groundwork first. No rushing. No ego. No timeline. Just intentional training and letting the process unfold. If you’re here for the mustang journey, welcome. If you’re here wondering if I’ve lost my mind — stick around. It might make more sense than you think. 📍 Filmed in Middle Tennessee 🐴 Mustang: Cena 🤍 Expecting baby #1 🎥 Camera: DJI Osmo Action 4 + Mic Mini If you enjoy transparent farm life, mustang training, and thoughtful horsemanship — subscribe and follow along. #MustangAdoption #MustangTraining #PregnantAndTraining #BLMMustang #FarmLife #SpiritValley ✨ Follow the Journey Subscribe for weekly mustang training videos: / @spiritvalleytn 📍 Spirit Valley Farm – Tennessee Documenting the journey of our BLM mustang, Cenarius. 🐴 Interested in horsemanship clinics, farm stays, or riding experiences?
