It's always a pleasure to edit with lines that hit their marks at the first go; quite honestly - it makes the process rather easy! Here's a tale that's lived in my head for a while, if not in narrative then in visuals and feelings. I've always loved the Skarloey books - I used to have them read to me by a parent when I was ill. Now, with a little help from some charming models, I hope to have paid tribute to what they were, in some small way. I am not Reverend W. Awdry by a long-shot, but I owe a lot to his stories.
