By Travis Chase | HGPTV Nightly Newsroom: A vehicle owned by Victor Singh, the personal barber of prominent businessmen Azruddin and Nazar Mohamed, was utterly destroyed in a deliberate act of arson in the early hours of Sunday morning. The incident occurred at Providence, East Bank Demerara, and has since sparked a police investigation into what is now being treated as a criminal act. Surveillance footage obtained by HGP Nightly News shows a heavily tinted motorcar pulling up to the location before an unidentified individual exited the vehicle and set Singh’s car ablaze. The suspect then quickly fled the scene. The motive behind the attack is still unclear, but sources close to the investigation have confirmed that a police report has been lodged and that investigators are actively investigating the matter. Authorities are calling on anyone with information to come forward.
