Zen Mode in TAKAMATSU City, Kagawa, Shikoku | Japan Vlog Series | Ritsurin | JM's Life in Clips

Off to a new island -- SHIKOKU! In this vlog we are going to Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku Island. It feels surreal to experience riding a train to cross from one island to another. The view of the small islands along the way was magnificent. I will then take you to Ritsurin Garden, one of the largest gardens in all of Japan. Aside from the beautiful landscape, I went inside one of the old houses and had tea and mochi like a local. Walking around just feels great in the autumn weather. I then took a quick stop to Marugamemachi, the main shopping street of Takamatsu City. Having been known as the birthplace of Udon, of course I tried their famous Sanuki Udon. Yum yum!
