If you want a to make a cost-effective organic nutrient rich fertiliser that has some other fantastic properties too (helps stop aphids/ants) for your garden or allotment growing needs e.g. tomato's (not for peas/root veg etc though) then stinging nettles (Urtica dioica only) can offer this, to make this you will need a bucket/gloves/shears then gather the nettles and fill the bucket to half. Once you have done that chop up the nettles including stems everything is useful in this process, then add water (rain water is best for microbes that help the process, hot boiling water also works very well) just so it reaches the top, begin to stir and you should do this every few days for around 1-2 weeks pretty soon you will notice the water has become a brownish colour that is fine and good. Once the mixture has sat, it won't smell that nice but you can then drain it into another bucket using a sieve as you only want the juice nothing else, it can then be used but diluted first I would recommend 1 parts nettle brewed nettle juice to 10 parts water.
