Bass Fishing With BIG Plastic Worms! Texas Bass Fishing On Falcon Lake!

Today we're catching BIG bass on Lake Falcon in Texas! The bass are already moving offshore in this part of the country and we're catching them on big worms and creature baits. Come along as we explore one of the most unique lakes in the US (and Mexico) and catch some big bass along the way! When we got to the lake we were shocked to find it was more than 40 feet low. Only one boat ramp was open and the water was a dirty brown color. This may have deterred other anglers but we know that low water can mean huge congregations of fish on offshore structure. We weren't disappointed! If you've never been to this part of the country, its worth a visit. The town of Zapata on the shores of Lake Falcon is home to several tackle shops. Its a step back in time to the heart of bass fishing and a place where anglers don't even bat an eye when talk of double digit fish comes up. The vast majority of today's fish were caught on soft plastics.
