Since there are some nice coupons on AliExpress you can buy all the equipment there 🛒 What I can recommend are: RTL SDR V4, the most recommended USB receiver and this is the link of the official shop: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EILVxmu VHF Marittime Antenna: There are many choices, I started with the Retevis MA05 (for its high dbi but its frequency is wider than the maritime one, it has 136-174 mhz) which works but I am getting some more results with the Retevis MA06 (more naval antenna has a frequency 156-163 mhz but has 3.5 dbi).
