This system works seamlessly alongside Mikformen’s TM900, a 3-station thermoforming machine, showing how both technologies come together to simplify the packaging process and keep things running smoothly for high-volume production. Our system automates the entire process: 1. Stacking: Plastic containers are precisely stacked as they exit the thermoforming machine. 2. Tilting Stacker: A tilting stacker efficiently moves the stacked containers down, preparing them for packaging. 3. PE Film Wrapping: The stacked containers are pushed under a crossbar holding **PE film**, which is wrapped securely around them. 4. Sealing: The system uses three cross seal bars: The first bar seals the film across. Two vertical cross seal bars seal the sides for a tight, secure package. This automated process ensures high precision, reduces labor requirements, and guarantees hygienic and efficient polyethylene film packaging for food-grade plastic containers.
