Our Revit models prefab. They get sent to the fab shop when they're cutting every piece. They get a tag. Now take it from there, from the fab shop to the job site. Utilize that QR code to scan with the tablet to take us to that assembly or package. Use that same software to figure out how to install it efficiently. What the field crews are able to do now when they're done installing something, they can change the status to field install. What's nice about it? As project managers can see technically what is done and what isn't done, if they have a question on something, we're able to teams in and see their screen, see what they're questioning. I mean, that, that's a big thing is where if they have a plan that they're not able to understand, they're gonna make phone calls, and now they're like, well, what are you seeing here? We can look at the same screen and explain to 'em what's going on in this system and in this building. Every single pipe has its own height, its own length, and its own orientation, no matter where you want to go. We have guys working on venting. We have guys working on water. We have guys working on storm, med, gas, the ACORN system. Anytime, anywhere we go with this model, I can click on any piece of pipe anywhere in this building and help someone install it quicker, install it faster. When stratus, you have the option to have the whole building as a model without the walls. It's the whole piping scheme and the whole piping system. So this is our entire building model for all three floors. We can go to any piece of pipe in any floor. Simply click on, it tells you a grid line measurement. It tells you the height of it. You can go into the properties of that same piece of pipe, and it'll tell you how long it is. We can build this entire building in the fab shop and just have it dropped off on a truck and install it. Or we can take this model and take this package and go upstairs and do piece by piece. You can click on that piece, get a height, get a length. I can click on the next piece of pipe. That piece of pipe shows me that there's a coupling right after it. That'll be three feet long, then it goes to a 20 foot piece. And I go right down a line that goes into a combo and a WA double y turn the corner click on that piece of pipe. Everything I need is right here at my fingertips. So we gotta get our scan over here. Yeah. So this can, the scan's here and then your package code, your hot water. This is the cold water line. Hot water. Hot water return. There it is. So successful. Scan link shows up here in the corner and that'll bring us to this exact package, no matter how many. Pieces are in here. This one plus all the other ones will show up. Right now what we're gonna do is we're gonna turn on some things, turn on the walls so we can see where we are at in the actual building. We're down until I see that piping system on first floor. There it is. We scanned the first one. So we come over here and turn our tags on and it'll tell us what piece this actually is. So on that tag, what does that piece say? Part number one. Part number one, pool. One. Spool one. So that's the first one right here. You click on any one of these pieces of pipe and it'll show you a. Heights, XY axis off all the beams in here. Check our height levels, check our links, put it up. We're gonna put three nineties right on that piece of the pipe, and it's gonna connect right into this system. It really takes a lot of the thinking out of it. All the measurements are done, all the fab is taken care of already. We can just piece by piece puzzle together. Bed gas, the storm, the acorn system, the hot water. All that stuff. We have streamlined our ability to put this stuff up efficiently and effectively with very little man hours. The shop can do this stuff so much faster than we can in a controlled environment, and when it shows up on a truck, we can put these pieces of pipe up in the air in literally no time at all. I can go to this room on the wall, it says 1171. I can go directly into this package. Out of the package, we just cut the piece of the pipe that we're told that we installed 'em and put 'em on the wall. There's clashes that we can get in. We stay out of everyone else's way. We don't have to worry about where the heating lines are, where our vent lines are, where the duct work is. Everything is already figured out in this system. I have never seen tweak air fab the way we are fabbing now and installing as fast and efficiently as we have been. And this job with this system from the fab shop to in the field Tweet/ Garot is taking fabrication to new heights.
