Do Trans Women and Cisgender Women Think The Same?

Welcome back to the Be Free Youtube Show everybody. Before we dive into the conversation, I want to remind everyone that we do things a little bit differently here at Be Free. While most of society aims to make every issue black and white, we aim to make content that makes light of and highlights the dynamic range of experiences people have within the LGBTQ+ Community (and beyond!) . Personally, I believe that the biggest issue we face today is not any one of the big ticket issues on the ballot, but rather the all too common unwillingness to hear the stories of others, ask important questions, and have conversations. I personally believe that conversations change lives. I'm not here to convince anyone to believe one thing or the other- I'm not trying to be right. I'm simply trying to provide an alternative way for us to get along as a society of many diverse backgrounds and experiences. Probably my favorite part of the entire process of creating these videos around these controversial topics with people who disgree- is that everyone jumps into the conversation and truly expresses how they feel- and then afterwards they are still kind and considerate to one another. I wish I could show you what the vibe is like after we get done filming, because it gives me hope. It gives me hope that maybe more people who disagree can co exist, see things from a different perspective, and live in less bitterness and anger. I understand that these conversations can be inflammatory and triggering, so there are no hard feelings if you decide that this content is not for you. However, (if anyone is still reading) I challenge you to dive into the tension of human beings who are different from one another existing in the same space.
