It is 55lbs and includes a removable and expandable hopper, 4 heat zones that are independently controlled to get custom profiles through the removable screw. The removable screw makes it easy to clean the system between additives and polymers. The EX6 system was engineered to run continuously, for large amounts of filament, without heat creep, for production. This is not a system that we recommend for beginners or at home users. This is an industrial strength system that we have made into desktop size. The EX6 comes with a limited 1-year warranty, high temp gloves, a brass brush, copper cleaning gauze, a barrel brush, barrel brush extender, and a brass screwdriver.
