I've vidded an overused song; actually, "overused" doesn't even begin to describe how many times this song has been used on here for the last couple of months, but I just got so inspired from the very first moment I listened to it that I couldn't help but make a video to it, in order to give to the song my own interpretation so.. yeah, forgive my lack of originality XD lol. So.. what to say about this video? I still can't believe it's finally up. I've started it in early March but got so busy with life in general that I wasn't able to keep on working on it until two days ago. The whole concept of the video came pretty much out of nowhere. I wanted to edit one day, two months ago (lol), and I picked this song because I was obsessed with it back then; I started to edit the lyrics by adding scenes as they flooded my mind, without even thinking about which pairing I wanted the video to be mostly about; so, at some point, I decided I didn't want the video to be about any pairings. I wanted it to be about anything that could fit the lyrics. I don't know if you ever get that feeling while you're vidding, when you chose a particular pairing, or you decided that your video is going to be edited in a certain way, and you get stuck on a line and you can't find a proper scene for the pairing you've chosen and everything starts sucking big time and you lose inspiration.. well, that's exactly what I wanted to avoid with this video; I wanted it to be edited without thinking about the pairing, just by listening to the lyrics and adding to the timeline the first scene that came to my mind, without thinking it twice.. that's why you can see SO many tv shows/movies in this video, even some you've probably never heard of. I like to consider this video as an experiment of what I've startedto call, very humorously, "random editing" LOL Yeah, I have mental issues, I am mindful of that xD __________________________________ DEDICATIONS; I would like to dedicate this video to some people who celebrated their birthdays in the last months and for whom I wasn't able to make an individual video :/ LA MIA DOLCISSIMA MARRET!
