Almost every day during the summer you will find Finn, Cora, Delaney, and Isaac fishing on the docks - and why not! Plenty of fish to catch from Halibut and Salmon to Rock fish and Flounder. Enjoy watching these guys live it up in the summer! *********************************** Finn’s Gravlox Recipe 1/1 salt 1/1 sugar Dill to taste Coat a salmon fillet with salt, sugar and dill. A bit extra salt and sugar is fine. Wrap in plastic-wrap, poke holes in plastic wrap (to let moisture drain) then press between two plates with something heavy on top (canned goods work great). Press for 3 days (in the fridge) then on 4th rinse, dry and let air dry in fridge until tacky. Slice thinly and serve. ********************************** Hope you all enjoyed the show.
