Hey y'all, This video is just my personal experience with COVID, specifically the Omicron variant. Now, we all know that I am your local 'n lovable dumbass with a fat ass, so I am not claiming to be a medical expert at all. After being unable to spend the holiday season with relatives last year, Patrick and I decided to book travel through 3 different states in the span of 2 weeks. I will add that we booked our travel before the Omarosa variant was even a thing, but ultimately we decided to carry out our plans despite the surge. I am so lucky to be vaccinated and boosted. I am so lucky that I found rapid antigen tests to use so we could catch my infection early. I am so lucky to have the ability to spend my COVID quarantine in a hotel room, away from vulnerable family members. Although you will see me make light of my situation at points in this vid, this pandemic brings with it a new heartbreaking reality that a lot people everyday - even in 2022. Even though my experience was relatively mild, this is still the *novel Coronavirus*, and I found a lot of the unknowns to be incredibly scary.
