The Global 7500 is Bombardier's most recent addition to its Global family of business jets. It was unveiled in October 2016 and made its maiden flight on November 4, 2016. The aircraft was designed to be a "game changer" in the business jet market, with a focus on luxury, comfort, and performance. The Global 7500 is the largest and most expensive aircraft in the Global family, with a price tag of $73 million (as of 2018). The aircraft is powered by two General Electric Passport 20 turbofan engines, each providing 43,500 lbf (193 kN) of thrust. The aircraft has a maximum range of 7,700 nautical miles (14,200 km) and can cruise at a speed of Mach 0.85 (851 km/h). This makes the Global 7500 currently the longest range business jet on the market. The Global 7500 is even the first business jet to be equipped with Bombardier's new "Nuage" seat, which features a built-in massage function and a larger viewing area.
