Quiet evening carving - Spalted birch serving spoon | Hand tools only

Relax and watch me carve a serving spoon from lightly spalted birch, as the sun goes down in my courtyard. This spoon took me about 40 minutes from start to finish, I've cut out a little bit of my fiddling, just leaving the important steps so you can see the full process.
