Quite the transformation from a junkyard V8. With the heads back on, I need to finish assembling the valve train, install the intake manifold, and the rest of the pulleys, alternator, and carburetor. Next video we can work on getting the engine off the stand and bolted back up to the transmission. Soon it can go into the Gremlin. Continuing on with my V8 build for my 1976 AMC Gremlin. I purchased this AMC 360 ci, 5.9L, from a salvage yard. They were scrapping their old Jeep J10 that had transmission issues and sold the engine to me for cheap.
