Keep shining my friend xxx Flora Find my recipes here: https://www.justcallmeflora.com/ The workout guide I am following is from #natachaoceane https://natachaoceane.com/#hybrid-guide Instagram: @justcallmeflora / justcallmeflora Tiktok: @justcallmeflora / justcallmeflora FOR COLLAB, email me at: floraszalaiyt@gmail.com Granola: will share as soon as its perfect:) Choc Raspberry Nice cream: 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen raspberries 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 scoop protein powder 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt 1/4 cup plant milk Tofu "salad" 1 block firm tofu, small cubes 1 handful of fresh dill, finely chopped 1 spring onion 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt 3 tbsp vegan mayo 2 tsp turmeric 1-2 tsp garlic powder Salt and Popper to taste 1/2 lemon's juice 1 tbsp nutritional yeast The best tofu marinate: for 1 block of firm tofu (280g) 2 tbsp miso paste, 1/2 Orange juice, 1 tbsp agave syrup, 1 tbsp Olive oil Marinate for at least 15 min then bake in the oven at 180C for around 15-20 min.
