Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at the super winch replacement wire rope. Now this is designed specifically for the Terra 45 winch, ensuring proper fitment strength and length. This is 55 feet long and it is a quarter of an inch galvanized wire rope. And this does include the stainless steel thimble in the eye splice that's going to let you attach the hook. On your screen, I am including the specific model number of that Terra 45 series A TV winch that this is going to fit and work with. As you know, over time, winch wire rope can become frayed, kinked, or otherwise damaged due to heavy use of rough conditions. So a compromised rope is a safety hazard and it should be replaced immediately. Using a non-compatible rope might reduce winch efficiency or even damage it. Winch manufacturers do recommend periodic replacement of wire rope as part of routine maintenance, especially if the winch is used frequently or under heavy loads, or if you're restoring, or upgrading your Terra 45 winch replacing an old rope with a fresh factory spec one is going to ensure that it performs like new.
