This panel conversation brings together four NZ-based ECE researchers, from emerging to established, to discuss their journeys from research to publication. The presenters share their unique experiences and reflections on where they started, what has worked well, and what they have learned. This session is designed to help ECE teachers, postgraduate students, and new writers turn their research/inquiry projects into publications for the wider education community. Presenter bios: Dr Maria Cooper (Samoa/Slovakia) is an Associate Professor, co-Director of ECE Programmes, a researcher, and a fully certificated teacher at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland Dr Raella Kahuroa is a Lecturer, Master of Education Programme Lead, a researcher, and a fully certificated teacher at Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato, the University of Waikato Dr Amanda White is a Kairangahau/Researcher at NZCER Wellington, a former Speech-Language Therapist, and recently gained her doctorate in early childhood literacies from Waipapa Taumata Tau, University of Auckland Louise Gorst is a Lecturer at AUT, a fully certificated teacher, and a doctoral student of teacher leadership at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland
