After reading a few comments in my last few songs that my guitar tone sounds "hungry" (which is a funny way to describe a guitar tone), I decided to lean into that kind of sound more. it's sort of a mix of some melancholy and aggression. I realized I could achieve that sound by adding tape saturation, so I had a bit of fun with it, especially on the lead guitar melodies I play in the chorus. Don't mind the very emo sounding poem I added to the song description -- I wrote that from a diet of coffee and melancholy. Also, don't worry too much about Ell crying black tears. She's leaning too much on the void messiah cosplay phase in her teen years. I think she just needs an oil change, she's just chill.
