Try this embodiment practice from the theatre to improve your presence at work. In this video, I introduce embodiment practices, three as a warm-up and one you can use at work. The story you tell doesn’t start with your words. It starts with your body. Here is a short drama exercise to first notice your natural movements. And then play with some varieties. I encourage you to: Do the full sequence today Do the three embodied things alone tomorrow Do the three embodied things in public two days from now.
