Bilateral multi nodular thyroid adenoma | Follicular adenoma | Comparison with Normal thyroid Right Lobe: Mild enlarged in size (44.5 mm in sag x 16.1 mm x 19.3 mm in trans). Left Lobe: Mild enlarged in size (43.4 mm in sag x 13.3 mm x 17.5 mm in trans). Bilateral multiple large complex mass lesion noted the thyroid gland. Some are shows homogeneous, hypoechoic, round to oval masses with a surrounding thin halo, some shows oval hyperechoic lesion with thick peripheral halo. Some shows oval mass with internal cystic component. Isthmus: Normal in size (3.2 mm). Comments: Mass consistent with bilateral multi nodular thyroid adenoma.
