I call this "Contempop" (Hip Hop/Contemporary) HAHA silly I know. But I call it this because A] I thought it was clever because I'm stupid. And B] because it has stronger sharper movement that take intense amounts of body control like you use in a lot of hip hop AND to make it even more difficult, it's combined with lots of technique that you would train very hard for in a contemporary/ballet class. YEAH! #contempop spread it around! :) ENJOY! Bruises, whining, hard werk, lots of sweaty dripping batches, and extremely sore bodies the next day made this combo look so awesome! SO MUCH FUN!
