This is not a routine or tutorial, it’s just me slowing down and actually taking care of myself 💕 This year I set the goal to do a full body selfcare every week that is only 48 times and I’m looking forward to crossing them in my bullet journal. It was definitely hard fighting the “mom guilt” and not worrying about the dirty dishes (and there was 🫠) but that’s the thing they will always be there, it is all part of the process.
